Our Peer Leadership & Relationship Skills Program is designed for teens who want to grow—whether by becoming peer leaders who teach healthy relationship skills to others, or by simply taking the course themselves to build strong relationship skills. Participants who complete the course will graduate, gain valuable life skills, and receive a completion certificate and a stipend for their commitment!

Eligibility rEQUIREMENTS

Take a 7-session class to learn healthy relationship skills.

Teach 2–3 classes to other teens.

Earn $1,000 for every class you teach!

Gain leadership skills.

Build your resume for college or future jobs.

Make a difference in your community!

Join the same 7-session class.

Learn real-life skills like setting boundaries, handling conflict, and better communication.

Great for teens who want to improve their own relationships but don’t want to teach.

Graduate and earn a stipend for completing the program!

Walk away with skills that will help in friendships, dating, family, and beyond.

Ages 14–18 at the start of the 2025–2026 school year.
